Are your products handmade?Yes, all the products I sell in my shop are handmade from my workshop.

How often do you make fresh batches?Depends on the items popularity. Most products get fresh batches made monthly.

Are your products Natural?Yes. Our products are made with 100% plant-based ingredients. We do not use animal products or are any of our products tested on animals.

Do your products contain preservatives?Yes, preservatives are a must to keep your products from growing mold, yeast, and bacteria which could harm your skin. Any product containing water needs a preservative.

What are the forms of payment you accept?We accept US based credits cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to.

After I place my order, when will my order ship?All orders are hand made and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum quality. With that, orders have a 3-7 business day processing and shipping time upon receipt of order and 10-15 business days on wholesale orders. Because all wholesale orders are made to order, they are non refundable. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
