Yes. Our products are made with 100% plant-based ingredients. We do not use animal products or are any of our products tested on animals.

Yes, preservatives are a must to keep your products from growing mold, yeast, and bacteria which could harm your skin. Any product containing water needs a preservative.

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to.

All orders are hand made and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum quality. With that, orders have a 3-7 business day processing and shipping time upon receipt of order and 10-15 business days on wholesale orders. Because all wholesale orders are made to order, they are non refundable. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
